Fine creasing or slackness where filler wouldn’t be right
Early softening in the lower face or mid-cheek zones
What it is
Collagen Boosting Threads are smooth, dissolvable sutures placed just beneath the skin to gently stimulate collagen and restore firmness in areas that have started to soften.
They don’t pull, reposition, or volumize. Instead, they act as a quiet internal scaffold — helping your skin gradually rebuild its own support over time. Most often used along the jawline or midface, they’re ideal for clients noticing early slackness or skin thinning, but who don’t want structural change or added volume.
How it works
We place ultra-fine threads under the skin using a flexible cannula. These threads are made of PDO (polydioxanone) — a biocompatible material that dissolves over time, triggering your body’s healing response.
As the threads break down, fibroblasts are activated to build collagen around each one — creating new scaffolding in the zones where support has declined. You’ll gradually notice more structure, better tension, and subtle bounce in the areas treated — with effects continuing to improve over several months.
There is no added volume, just support — from within.

Frequently asked questions
-

No — these aren’t lifting threads. There’s no tugging or reshaping. They simply help your skin rebuild support where it’s begun to soften.
 -

Lifting threads have barbs and reposition tissue. Collagen Boosting Threads are smooth — they dissolve over time and build collagen exactly where placed, with no mechanical lift.
 -

Some clients notice slight firmness or tightness in the first few days, but most forget they’re there after that. The threads dissolve completely over time.
 -

Absolutely. Threads are often layered into larger regenerative plans, but they can also stand alone. We’ll guide your sequence based on skin condition and goals.
