Where this makes a difference

Thinning or crepey skin on the backs of the hands

Visible veins or tendons due to collagen or volume loss

Hands that feel more fragile or dry

Uneven tone and texture from sun exposure or aging

What it is

Hands are often the first place aging shows — with crepey skin, visible veins, and a loss of the volume and firmness that once made them feel soft, strong, and effortless. This treatment uses a regenerative injectable — either Sculptra or Hyperdilute Radiesse — to help rebuild what time and sun exposure have worn down.

This treatment doesn’t add puffiness or visible volume — instead, it rebuilds the skin’s strength from within. The result is skin that looks smoother, firmer, and more even-textured — and feels better supported and more resilient to future damage.

How it works

Both Sculptra and Hyperdilute Radiesse are biostimulatory injectables — but they work in different ways:

Hyperdilute Radiesse strengthens your skin’s internal framework more directly — its formulation provides an immediate scaffold while also triggering long-term collagen remodeling and elasticity support.

Sculptra signals your skin to gradually rebuild firmness by stimulating collagen production deep within the dermis. It acts like a series of small nudges, encouraging regeneration over time.

Why not use traditional filler?

Traditional hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers can help restore volume in some areas — but they aren’t ideal for hands.

Because the skin here is thin and constantly moving, HA fillers can sometimes create puffiness, migrate, or break down too quickly. And while they add volume, they don’t rebuild the skin’s structure or improve tone and texture.

That’s why we use biostimulatory injectables like Sculptra and Hyperdilute Radiesse. Instead of filling space, they stimulate your skin to rebuild its own collagen — restoring internal strength, improving elasticity, and softening visible signs of aging. The results aren’t just smoother — they’re stronger, longer-lasting, and more natural-looking.

What to expect

Supporting your results

This biostimulatory treatment delivers powerful results on its own— especially when collagen support and visible smoothing are the main goals. Should your results benefit from anything additional we will walk you through any relevant supportive care — always before anything begins, so you know what to expect and can make clear, confident choices from the start.

Below, you’ll find treatments we may suggest you pair, sequence, or layer with this one — always with intention, and only when they help protect or guide your results.
