What it is
PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) Facial Balancing is a regenerative treatment made entirely from your own blood. After a quick draw and spin, the PRF — rich in platelets, fibrin matrix, and stem-like cells — is gently injected into areas of the face that have thinned, hollowed, or lost structure. Unlike filler, it doesn’t add instant volume. Instead, it encourages your body to rebuild from within, gradually refreshing balance and strength in a way that looks and feels natural.
How it works
When spun at a specific speed, your blood separates into a golden fibrin layer concentrated with platelets and stem-like cells. Once injected, that fibrin acts like a scaffold, slowly releasing natural growth factors that tell your body to:
Stimulate new collagen (for structure and firmness)
Boost elastin (for resilience and smoothness)
Support micro-circulation (bringing healthier color and hydration)
Over time, this cascade of repair signals thickens and strengthens the treated areas — creating a rested, smoother appearance that blends seamlessly with your own features.
What to expect
-
We’ll map your face, draw a small sample of blood, and plan your treatment based on your skin tone, balance, and goals. Numbing is offered if needed. You may be asked to pause blood-thinning medications or supplements.
-
After a quick blood draw and spin, your PRF is re-introduced through tiny injections in mapped areas of the face. Most clients describe the sensation as light pinches or pressure.
-
You may experience mild puffiness, warmth, or light bruising. Results begin gradually — with softening and glow in the first 1–2 weeks. Collagen continues to build across sessions, with best results visible after your second or third treatment.
Where it fits in
PRF is often the first step in restoring balance — strengthening the skin’s foundation so that other treatments, like filler or sculpting, can be used more selectively. By resetting hydration, elasticity, and tone, it helps us see what structural changes are truly needed and avoid overtreatment.
It’s also one of the most versatile regenerative tools in aesthetics, with applications that range from facial balancing and under-eye support to hair restoration and skin quality across the body. Wherever it’s used, PRF works with your own biology to rebuild what time has depleted.
Supporting your results
PRF can be enough on its own when the goal is a subtle refresh — restoring hydration, elasticity, and balance in a natural way. For clients wanting more noticeable lift, sharper definition, or longer-lasting support, pairing PRF with other treatments may help refine or extend the outcome.
Below, you’ll find treatments we may suggest you pair, sequence, or layer with your PRF Facial Balancing depending on your goals — always with intention, and only when they help protect or guide your results.
-
Hyaluronic Acid Filler – adds structural lift or definition where PRF won’t provide enough support
Neurotoxin (Full Face Smoothing) – softens strong muscle pull so PRF’s rebuilding is more visible
Regenerative resurfacing treatments such as CoolPeel laser or Microneedling – refine surface tone and texture while PRF works on the deeper foundation.

Frequently asked questions
-
No. PRF isn’t a filler, and it doesn’t “fill space” to create shape. It works by prompting your body to renew its own collagen and elasticity gradually. The results are subtle, layered, and always in sync with your natural features.
-
Filler provides structure right away — so our role is to place it carefully in harmony with your natural proportions. PRF doesn’t add volume. Instead, we place it where your skin is showing signs of slowed regeneration. From there, your body does the rebuilding on its own, creating gradual improvement in tone, texture, and subtle support.
-
Yes, the changes are visible — just not instant. Most clients see a softening of hollows, healthier tone, or a subtle glow within a few weeks. The more significant improvements, like smoother texture or better elasticity, become noticeable over 3–6 months as your body produces new collagen and elastin.
-
It depends on your goals. Some clients notice a meaningful refresh after one session, especially under the eyes. For full-face balancing or stronger skin-quality improvements, we usually recommend two to three sessions spaced 6–8 weeks apart. Each treatment builds on the last, making results cumulative
-
Even one session can bring visible improvements in tone, hydration, and subtle fullness. Multiple sessions simply compound the benefits and extend how long they last. Whether it’s one treatment or a full plan, we’ll walk you through what makes sense for your specific goals, budget, and timeline. Sometimes another option may be a better fit if you’re looking for quicker or more dramatic changes, and we’ll be transparent about those trade-offs so you can make the choice that feels right.
-
No. PRF doesn’t disrupt filler. In fact, the two often complement each other. PRF supports tissue quality and hydration, while filler provides structure and lift. We’ll guide the timing so the treatments work together safely and naturally.
-
Yes. Everyone produces PRF, and it always contains the growth factors your skin needs to repair and renew. What can vary is how robustly your body responds — things like hydration, circulation, age, and overall skin health all play a role.
That’s why results look different person to person. Some notice subtle changes after a single session, while others see the biggest impact after completing a series.
During your consult, we’ll walk through what you can expect based on your goals and baseline, and whether PRF alone is the best match — or if pairing it with another treatment may make more sense for the outcome you want.
