Where this makes a difference
A more relaxed, rested look — even when the face is still
Smoother transitions across upper, mid, and lower face
Improved facial symmetry and proportion
Less visual tension during expression (smiling, concentrating, resting)
A more cohesive overall feel — nothing looks “left out”
What it is
This treatment uses neurotoxin (such as Botox or Daxxy) to soften fine lines, reduce overactive movement, and create a more harmonious expression across the full face. Instead of treating one or two isolated zones, this treatment assess how the entire face moves — and design a plan to smooth, balance, and preserve natural expression.
Each area is treated with precise dosage and placement to preserve natural movement while reducing creasing, heaviness, or imbalance.
Commonly treated areas include:
Forehead / Glabella — Softens horizontal lines and frown lines
Crow’s Feet — Reduces fine lines at the outer eyes
Bunny Lines — Smooths the nasal scrunch
Perioral Zone — Refines lip lines, balances corners, and smooths chin dimpling
DAO / Platysma Bands — Lifts the lower face and softens jawline pull
This is not a “frozen” look. It’s thoughtful, proportional softening — designed to respect your natural features, symmetry, and desired level of animation.
How it works
We use a purified neurotoxin (such as Botox or Daxxify) to selectively relax overactive muscles — softening lines formed by repeated movement, and gently restoring facial balance.
Neurotoxin doesn’t add volume. It works by reducing specific patterns of contraction that contribute to creasing, asymmetry, or visual tension. Every placement is mapped to your personal anatomy and adjusted based on how strong each muscle group is, how your features move, and how expressive you want to remain.
This treatment is designed to work with your face — not over it.
What to expect
-

We’ll talk through what you’ve been noticing in the mirror and map how your face moves across different zones. You don’t need to prep anything — just come as you are.
 -

Treatment involves a series of small, carefully placed injections. Most feel like a quick pinch. We’ll check symmetry as we go, and the session usually takes 30–45 minutes total.
 -

Tiny bumps or redness at injection sites may last 30–60 minutes. You’ll begin to see results within 3–5 days, with full smoothing by day 10–14. We’ll check in and adjust if needed.

Supporting your results
Supporting your results is only a priority when the results themselves align with your goals. In our conversations, we’ll bring forward any pairings or alternatives most relevant to your goals and your current situation — along with reinforcements that can prolong results, protect your investment, and strengthen longevity.
These options are only recommended when they’re in true alignment with your goals — and always discussed with you before anything begins.

→PRF or →DermalFiller — for areas that need subtle volume support after movement is softened
→Chin or Jawline Definition — to complete balance when lower face laxity or asymmetry is present

Skin quality, collagen strength, and overall balance can make a significant impact on how neurotoxins settle, how long it holds, and even how much you’ll need over time.
CoolPeel Laser Light resurfacing that softens static lines and improves skin texture — amplifying the smoothing effect of tox by treating what muscle relaxation alone can’t.
VI Advanced Chemical Peel that refines tone and texture, elevating your results when your tox treatment is part of a larger goal to look refreshed and polished.
When tox smooths movement but deeper skin quality is part of your goal, Microneedling with PRF helps bridge the gap. The treatment stimulates renewal at the surface while PRF continues working afterward to build collagen and elasticity — so your smoother look holds longer and feels more complete.
Hyaluronic Acid Filler to restore volume and smooth etched lines that relaxation alone cannot — bringing balance and a more complete refreshed look.

Daily care doesn’t just protect your results — it supports your skin as it rebuilds. The right ingredients can enhance regeneration, defend against damage, and keep your skin strong, smooth, and responsive to treatment.
→SkinBetter InterFuse Face & Neck — collagen-supporting hydration and skin-strengthening peptides
→SkinBetter Alto Advanced — antioxidant-rich serum to help reduce inflammation and environmental damage
→AlphaRet Overnight Cream — gentle retinoid blend for smoother texture and tone

Frequently asked questions

Only if it’s done poorly — and that’s not how we work.
When injectors treat the area instead of the expression, results can feel stiff, overdone, or overly animated. At SkinAve, we map facial movement, not just muscles. The doses are small and placed precisely — to soften the downward pull without shifting how you naturally come across.
 -

Not quite. The lines we treat here are dynamic — they show up with repeated movement, like frowning or talking. Nasolabial folds (often called laugh lines) are static creases, usually caused by volume loss, or by lines that have settled in over time. Those are typically treated with filler.
This treatment targets something different: the muscles that pull the corners of the mouth downward or create vertical creases below them — like early marionette lines or frown lines between the mouth and chin.
 -

Yes — and in many cases, we recommend it. Pairing this with treatments like a Lip Flip, chin smoothing, or perioral neurotoxin often makes the difference between a result that looks natural and one that feels slightly off.
That’s why we don’t just offer treatments — we guide what fits based on your expression patterns, movement, and goals.
 -

We’ll always check for balance. Treating the lower face alone can still look natural, but if there’s compensatory tension elsewhere, we’ll talk about whether softening other areas makes sense and what plan will best support you and what your goals are.

Aim for 7–10 days ahead to allow for full results and settling.
