Liquid PRF —the same natural regenerative concentrate from your own body, placed through injection to stimulate collagen and strengthen skin—without adding volume.

What it’s used for

PRF Gel can play a role across a range of concerns — restoring skin quality through collagen stimulation while also providing the soft, natural fullness of a filler. With PRF Gel, you are able to address volume loss on the surface and foundational collagen loss underneath the skin.

What to Expect

  • A consult will determine if PRF Gel is right for you. On treatment day, a small blood draw is taken to prepare your PRF. Little to no prep is needed beyond avoiding blood thinners if advised

  • Your PRF is processed into a smooth gel and placed through fine injections. Most clients describe the sensation as similar to filler — brief pressure or a pinch, but well-tolerated.

  • You may notice mild swelling or redness for a few days. Improvements build gradually as collagen and elastin are stimulated. Results include both subtle volume and long-term skin strengthening. You’ll leave with clear post-care instructions to support healing and results.

Frequently asked questions

  • PRF is prepared from your own blood. We draw a sample, spin it to concentrate the platelets and fibrin, and then gently warm/cool it to form the gel consistency. This process adds about 20–30 minutes compared to filler, since filler comes pre-packaged and ready to inject. That extra time is part of what makes PRF unique — it’s made for you, on the spot.

  • No — unlike HA filler, which has an enzyme that can dissolve it, PRF cannot be “reversed.” But because it is made from your own plasma and placed conservatively, it integrates naturally into your tissue and improves skin quality over time rather than adding bulk. If adjustments are needed, we guide future sessions with care rather than dissolving product.

  • Not exactly. PRF Gel offers a softer, slower change. It doesn’t create instant dramatic volume the way filler can — instead it subtly restores cushion and skin quality over weeks to months. Some clients prefer Gel because it feels more natural, while others combine it with filler for added support.

  • You’ll notice some early fullness from the gel itself, but the true benefit comes as collagen builds. Most people see a visible difference within 4–6 weeks, with continued improvement over several months.

  • That depends on your starting point. Some clients are happy with 1–2 sessions, while others benefit from a series of 3–4 spaced several weeks apart. We’ll reassess after each visit to see how your skin responds.

  • Filler is great for instant lift or contour. PRF Gel is best when you want subtle, natural support that unfolds over time and improves skin health as it builds. It’s especially useful in areas where filler could look too heavy or carry more risk.

  • PRF Gel does provide an initial soft fill, but unlike synthetic filler, it gradually absorbs within weeks. The lasting benefit comes from the collagen and tissue repair it stimulates as it integrates. Many clients repeat treatments every 6–12 months to maintain visible fullness, but the improvements in skin quality and resilience often extend well beyond that.
