The Starting Point

What it is

Drawn from your own blood and used to activate natural regenerative signaling, stimulate collagen, and support healing in a way that’s completely biologically compatible.

It’s used to improve skin quality, circulation, and surface repair — either through microinjections into targeted areas, or applied topically where skin needs renewal, not volume

*Not to be confused with PRF Gel—liquid PRF does not add volume — it supports structure, skin quality, and regenerative repair..

Want similar structural support with a touch of volume?
Discover
PRF Gel—a thicker form of PRF that offers restoration where softness and shape are also needed.

Ways we use it

Liquid PRF can be delivered through injections or layered topically, depending on your goals and what your skin needs most.

Injectable Liquid PRF

Used when we want to target specific areas of structural change — like under the eyes, along the jawline, or in zones with early thinning.

Injections allow PRF to work deep within the tissue where repair and collagen rebuilding are most needed.

Topical Liquid PRF

Used when skin is open and receptive — typically right after treatments like microneedling or resurfacing.

It acts like a biologic serum, enhancing healing, calming inflammation, and improving results by driving growth factors into microchannels.

What it’s Used For

Liquid PRF is chosen when you want regenerative repair without added volume. It strengthens thin, fragile skin, smooths texture, and restores collagen in delicate or diffuse areas.

Liquid PRF can also be used to support volume loss from within when addressing volume and/or structural depletion in common areas such as the chin & neck, jawline, perioral region and beyond.

What to Expect

  • A consult will determine if Liquid PRF is right for you. On treatment day, a small blood draw is taken to prepare your PRF. Minimal prep is needed, beyond avoiding blood thinners if advised.

  • Your PRF is drawn and processed into a fluid concentrate. It can be injected in fine threads beneath the skin or applied topically after resurfacing treatments such as microneedling or laser.

  • Mild redness or swelling may occur briefly. Collagen and elastin production builds gradually, with skin quality improving over weeks. You’ll leave with clear post-care instructions to support healing and results.

Frequently asked questions

  • Your blood has to be drawn and processed on-site to concentrate the plasma into PRF. That preparation step adds time compared to pre-packaged filler or toxin, but it’s what makes the treatment unique to you.

  • Your blood has to be drawn and processed on-site to concentrate the plasma into PRF. That preparation step adds time compared to pre-packaged filler or toxin, but it’s what makes the treatment unique to you.

  • PRF Liquid is thinner and flows more easily into tissues. It’s designed to stimulate collagen and elastin where the skin is thinning or etched, rather than acting as a cushion. Gel has more structure and works to take up space / “fill” in addition to triggering renewal whereas Liquid PRF offers just the renewal without the volume.

  • We reach for Liquid when the goal is to soften fine etched lines, restore early thinning, or improve skin quality in areas where filler could look heavy or unnatural. Think of it as fertilizing the soil rather than planting something new — it helps your skin rebuild itself.

  • Liquid PRF works gradually. Most people notice improved smoothness or softening around 4–8 weeks, with full collagen stimulation continuing for months. It’s not instant like filler, but it builds results that feel natural and lasting.

  • Because Liquid PRF is stimulating, not replacing, a series is usually recommended. Most people start with 2–4 sessions spaced a few weeks apart, then do occasional maintenance every 6–12 months.

  • Liquid PRF doesn’t “hold” in place like filler or PRF Gel— instead, it stimulates your skin to rebuild its own support. Once your body creates new collagen, it’s yours. Many clients notice visible improvements lasting a year or more, even as the PRF itself is absorbed.

  • It’s often used for under-eye hollows, fine lip lines, early laxity around the mouth, and overall skin quality in the face, neck, and chest.
