What it is

This treatment strengthens the skin from within by using a biostiulator such as Hyperdilute Radiesse to rebuild collagen and restore firmness without adding bulk or volume.

There is no "filled" or puffy appearance — instead, the skin gradually becomes smoother, more elastic, and visibly healthier.

How it works

Arm rejuvenation uses collagen-stimulating injectables (Hyperdilute radiesse / Sculptra) placed just beneath the skin to improve crepey texture and rebuild support. These treatments activate your skin’s natural repair process — signaling new collagen and elastin to form for results that build in the weeks that follow.

Hyperdilute Radiesse offers a subtle immediate smoothing effect along with long-term collagen support, while Sculptra works more gradually, creating structural improvement over a series of treatments.

Why not use traditional filler?

Traditional hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers can help restore volume in focused areas— like cheeks or lips — but they’re not meant for the broad, diffuse changes that happen in the arms. In a high-movement area, adding filler would only create bulk without improving skin quality. Collagen-stimulating injectables are different: they work with your skin to rebuild strength and texture, creating results that look and feel natural.

What to expect

  • We assess your skin quality, degree of volume loss, and structural support. Based on this, we select Sculptra or Hyperdilute Radiesse to match your needs. A topical anesthetic may be applied.

  • Treatment involves a series of injections delivered across the treatment area with a fine needle or cannula. Most clients describe it as light pressure or warmth.

  • You may experience mild swelling, bruising, or tenderness for a few days. Results build slowly and naturally over several weeks, with firmness and texture continuing to improve.

Supporting your results

This treatment can make a meaningful difference on its own — but lasting, natural results often come from care that works together. During your assessment, we may talk through pairings that enhance balance, reinforcements that add deeper support, or skincare that extends and protects your outcome.

Below, you’ll find the options we may suggest — always with intention, and only when they truly strengthen your results.

  • These are treatments we may recommend if your assessment shows advanced laxity, visible creping, or texture concerns that extend beyond the upper arm zone.

CoolPeel — a fractional CO₂ resurfacing treatment that refines texture, smooths creping, and supports collagen remodeling with minimal downtime

Microneedling, particularly when enhanced with PRF or Exosomes, supports collagen and elastin rebuilding while improving thin or crepey skin.

HA Filler — occasionally used in adjacent areas (like shoulders or triceps) to soften hollowness or restore volume in areas no longer responsive to collagen stimulation alone

  • SBetween biostimulatory sessions — or after your full series — certain regenerative skin treatments can be layered in to help reinforce collagen production, improve texture, and extend your results.

Microneedling with PRF or Exosomes — strengthens skin, improves firmness, and supports long-term collagen remodeling

CoolPeel or the →VI Precision Plus chemical peel — helps resurface skin texture and tone while deeper collagen rebuilding is underway

Liquid PRF — boosts hydration and healing in delicate or thinning zones, without added volume

  • The upper arms are constantly exposed to sun, movement, and friction, all of which can wear down collagen and accelerate visible aging. Skincare that protects, reinforces, and supports your skin’s recovery from the inside out is an important part of the building process.

SkinBetter InterFuse Face & Neck— targeted peptide and hydration support

AlphaRet Body Overnight Cream — helps resurface and refine without irritation

Colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Body Shield - a high performance SPF by our tried and true SPF go-to

Frequently asked questions

  • Not at all. This treatment doesn’t use volume-filling filler. Instead, it stimulates your skin to rebuild collagen — creating smoother, firmer skin that looks and feels natural, not puffy or artificial.

  • This treatment is designed to improve exactly that. It stimulates new collagen to restore firmness, smooth texture, and help your skin move more naturally — especially in high-motion areas like the upper arms.

  • No. The treatment supports skin quality, not muscle shape or size. You’ll maintain your natural contours — just with smoother, stronger skin over time.

  • Most people feel comfortable going about daily life right away. Mild swelling or tenderness may last 1–3 days, but there’s typically no dramatic change in appearance that requires downtime.
