What it is
Hyperdilute Radiesse is an injectable treatment designed to improve skin quality in areas where thinning, crepiness, or laxity show most. Unlike traditional filler, which adds volume, Radiesse is diluted and placed just beneath the skin’s surface to create a smoothing effect while also signaling your body to rebuild collagen and elastin. The result is skin that gradually becomes firmer, stronger, and more resilient over time.
How it works
Radiesse is made of tiny regenerative particles that stimulate your skin to produce new collagen and elastin (a compound called calcium hydroxylapatite). When diluted and placed just beneath the skin using a fine needle or cannula, it spreads evenly without adding bulk.
As it integrates, those particles continue working beneath the surface — helping your skin rebuild strength, improve elasticity, and restore internal support over time.
You’ll notice an immediate softening of crepey texture, with further improvements unfolding gradually in the weeks that follow — results that are both natural and cumulative.
What to expect
-

We’ll assess your skin, talk through your goals, and map treatment areas. If needed, topical numbing is applied. Your custom Radiesse solution is mixed just before injection.
 -

The diluted gel is injected in gentle, sweeping passes using a cannula or fine needle. You may feel light pressure or fullness, but the process is typically quick and well-tolerated.
 -

Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising is possible for a day or two. Some clients notice a quick improvement in hydration or tone, but deeper collagen changes develop gradually — often peaking after your second or third session.

Frequently asked questions
-

Yes — Radiesse is a type of dermal filler, but it’s not like the hyaluronic acid fillers you might associate with lips or cheeks. It’s made from calcium-based microspheres that both add volume and stimulate collagen.
But this treatment uses a diluted form — often called Hyperdilute Radiesse — and that changes everything.
In its diluted form, Radiesse no longer adds visible volume. Instead, it works purely as a regenerative injectable — helping rebuild collagen, improve elasticity, and restore skin firmness over time. This is why we use it differently, and why we often refer to this treatment as a Radiesse Face Wash.
Traditional filler reshapes from the outside. Radiesse Face Wash rebuilds from within.
This is ideal when your skin feels thin, unsupported, or tired — but you’re not ready for visible volume or sculpted filler. And if you do add filler later, your skin will be healthier and stronger — making those results smoother, longer-lasting, and more natural overall.

All three are regenerative, but they work in different layers, with different goals — and that changes how they act on your skin.
PRF is drawn from youown blood and works at the surface and soft tissue level. It’s great for glow, healing, and rebuilding tone
Sculptra works deeper — more like a volume focused injectable that works from the inside gradually adding fullness as collagen grows.
Hyperdilute Radiesse sits in between. It doesn’t add volume, and it’s not just for surface quality — it builds dermal structure. The calcium-based particles in Radiesse stimulate firm, sheet-like collagen growth that strengthens your skin’s foundation. That helps your skin hold shape better, feel more elastic, and subtly lift from within.
So while all three stimulate collagen, Radiesse Face Wash offers a very specific kind of internal reinforcement — especially valuable when your skin feels unsupported but filler isn’t quite right. -

You’ll absolutely see a difference — not just feel it.
Radiesse Face Wash works below the surface to stimulate your skin’s natural collagen production. But what it does underneath shows up in real, visible ways — and often in more than one form:
Texture: Your skin will feel smoother and more refined, with a soft glow that reflects light more evenly.
Tone & Elasticity: As collagen rebuilds, skin becomes firmer and more elastic — meaning it bounces back more easily and feels less loose or crepey.
Definition: By strengthening the internal structure of the skin, Radiesse helps it hold shape better — which subtly improves contours along the jawline and lower face.
Lifted Look: While it doesn’t add volume, the renewed firmness and support often create a natural, lifted effect — especially in areas that were starting to look tired or sagging.
So while you won’t walk out looking “filled,” you will look refreshed, subtly lifted, and more supported. Think of it as a reset for skin that’s lost its grip.

Filler adds shape. Radiesse Face Wash builds structure — the foundation that helps skin hold its shape. We’ll help you decide which one (or both) best aligns with your skin quality and goals.
 -

Absolutely. In fact, many clients with filler use Radiesse Face Wash to support the skin beneath — improving tone, bounce, and longevity of their overall results.
 -

We always want to believe in long-term results — but it’s also natural to look for early signs it’s working. Most clients notice a change in bounce or tone within 2–3 weeks, with deeper strengthening and lift continuing across your series.

Sometimes, yes. If your concern is thinning skin, early laxity, or a general loss of support — Radiesse Face Wash may give you the subtle lift and firmness you’re looking for, without needing to sculpt with filler or reposition tissue with threads.
In other cases, it becomes the foundation — strengthening the skin first, so that if you do add filler or threads later, your results last longer and look more refined. We’ll help you figure out what makes sense for your structure, your goals, and your timeline.
