Where this makes a difference
Thin or crepey skin across the neck or upper chest that begins to look and feel smoother
Softening of fine lines — including vertical lines or horizontal “necklace” bands
Firmer tone and bounce in the décolletage area over time
More even, refreshed surface texture with consistent treatment
Subtle lift and support in zones that previously looked tired or lax
What it is
These treatments uses biostimulatory injectables to target visible signs of aging across the neck and chest — areas often exposed to the sun but harder to treat with traditional filler or resurfacing.
Depending on your skin’s needs, we may use Sculptra or Hyperdilute Radiesse — both of which stimulate your body to rebuild collagen and elastin over time. There’s no added volume and no “filled” look. Instead, this is about strengthening your skin from within — so it looks smoother, firmer, and more even-textured, while feeling better supported and more resilient to future damage.
Clients often choose this treatment when their neck or décolletage feels thin, crepey, or tired — and want meaningful improvement without harsh lasers or aggressive resurfacing.
How it works
Our Radiesse Neck Wash uses Hyperdilute Radiesse, placed evenly just beneath the skin to soften crepey texture and rebuild support. It spreads smoothly across the area, offering a subtle immediate smoothing effect while its regenerative particles signal the skin to produce new collagen and elastin.
In some cases, Sculptra may also be used for this area. Like Hyperdilute Radiesse, it is placed evenly through the treatment area to strengthen the skin’s structure over time — but its results unfold more gradually, without the immediate surface smoothing of Radiesse.
In the weeks that follow, the benefits continue to build as new collagen strengthens the skin — leaving the neck and chest firmer, smoother, and more resilient.
What to expect
-
We’ll map your treatment areas, review your goals, and determine whether Sculptra or Hyperdilute Radiesse is the better fit based on your skin condition and timing preferences. Topical numbing is available for comfort.
-
The selected injectable is placed in a gentle, fanned pattern across the area being treated — either via fine needle or cannula. You may feel light pressure or warmth, but the treatment is typically quick and well-tolerated.
-
Expect mild swelling or tenderness for a few days. With Sculptra, you may be asked to gently massage the area daily for several days post-treatment. Results begin appearing gradually within a few weeks, continuing to improve over several months.
Supporting your results
While this treatment creates visible change on its own, results can sometimes be taken further with thoughtful pairings, reinforcements, or skincare that strengthen and extend your outcome. We’ll always talk through these options before anything begins, so you know exactly what to expect and can move forward with clarity.
-
→DermalFiller — used in nearby areas like the jawline or décolletage to restore soft volume, reinforce contour, or fill in etched lines that no longer respond to collagen stimulation alone
→Neurotoxins— reduces muscle tension (e.g., platysma pull or lower face stress) that can interfere with collagen’s ability to lift and smooth the neck/chest
→Threads for Structural Lift — for select clients with advanced laxity, threads may help reposition skin once elasticity has been restored by Sculptra or Radiesse
-
Between biostimulatory sessions — or after your full series — certain regenerative skin treatments can be layered in to help reinforce collagen production, improve texture, and extend your results.
→Microneedling with PRF or Exosomes — strengthens skin, improves firmness, and supports long-term collagen remodeling
→CoolPeel or the →VI Precision Plus chemical peel — helps resurface skin texture and tone while deeper collagen rebuilding is underway
→Liquid PRF — boosts hydration and healing in delicate or thinning zones, without added volume
-
Daily care doesn’t just protect your results — it supports your skin as it rebuilds. The right ingredients can enhance regeneration, defend against damage, and keep your skin strong, smooth, and responsive to treatment.
→SkinBetter InterFuse Face & Neck — collagen-supporting hydration and skin-strengthening peptides
→SkinBetter Alto Advanced — antioxidant-rich serum to help reduce inflammation and environmental damage
→AlphaRet Overnight Cream — gentle retinoid blend for smoother texture and tone
→Any SPF from theSkinBetter SunBetter line or the Colorescience Sunforgettable collection —mineral SPF with elevated protection where most sunscreens fall short
Frequently asked questions
-
We’ll decide together based on your goals, skin quality, and what you're hoping to see — and when. Some clients need stronger structure sooner, while others prefer a slower, subtler rebuild. Both are effective; they just work a little differently. You'll always know what we’re using and why before anything begins.
-
In many cases, no. These injectables are powerful on their own. But if we notice nearby tension (like from the lower face or jawline), significant sun damage, or deeper structural shifts, we may recommend a strategic pairing. That might mean a laser to brighten pigment or a small amount of filler to soften deeper etched lines. We’ll always guide you clearly — and only suggest what actually supports your goals
-
Yes — over time, many clients see softening in both vertical crepiness and horizontal neck lines. The collagen rebuild isn't surface-deep — it happens through the tissue, helping improve tone, texture, and elasticity where it matters most.
-
Absolutely — and it’s often a smart plan. Many clients use Sculptra or Hyperdilute Radiesse to treat the lower face andneck/chest in tandem, creating smoother transitions and more comprehensive results. We’ll map your treatment based on your goals and pacing preferences
